Frequently asked questions about parking with U Save Airport Parking.

1. What do I do after my plane lands back in Orlando?
   Simply call us at 407-888-3063 and give us your claim check number and proceed to the bus pick up area. Our constantly circling buses will pick you up and bring you back to the office where your car will be waiting.



2. What time do you close?
   NEVER!!! We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.



3. Can I get my car detailed while I am gone? Yes, U Save offers a full range of detailing and car wash services. Ask your Customer Service Representative for details.



4. What happens if my return date or time changes?
   Never a problem. Since we are open 24 hours a day, any time is a good time for us. It is not necessary for you to call unless:



• You have a detail, car wash or oil change scheduled. Since we do all cleaning the day you return you will need to call us so that we can make sure the job gets done the day you return.



• You are more than seven days late in returning. (We worry about our customers!)



5. Do you have a frequent parker program?
   Yes we do, in fact our Rapid Park program not only records all of your earned free days, your Rapid Park card and key fob will speed up the check in and check out process. In addition, you will have on line access to your account in case you need a receipt for your expense reports.



6. Is your parking area paved?
   Yes it is, in fact it is brand new and fully paved. No more dust and mud on your car when you get it back.



7. Is your lot fenced?
   Yes, it is fully fenced, secure and we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
